The Site is provided for informational and commercial directory purposes only. You may use the Site to browse listings, contact listed companies, and submit listing applications. You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure; post false, misleading, or fraudulent company information; or impersonate any person or entity.
3. Company Listings
Company listings are provided in good faith based on information submitted by the listed companies. We do not independently verify all claims made in listings and do not endorse or guarantee the services of any listed company. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion.
4. Listing Payments and Refunds
Pro and Premium listing fees are billed as stated on the List Your Company page. Annual subscriptions include 2 months free compared to the monthly rate. Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are dissatisfied with your listing, please contact info@o2vn.com within 14 days of payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, directory data, and software — is the property of Outsource2Vietnam.com & o2vn.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outsource2Vietnam.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listed company's services.
