Three Simple Steps
Email us at refer@o2vn.com with the name of the Vietnamese company you are referring and their contact information. Include your own name and email so we can credit the referral to you.
We contact the company directly. If they choose to purchase a Pro, Premium, or Enterprise annual listing within 90 days of your referral, your commission is triggered. You are kept informed throughout the process.
Once the referred company's payment clears, we calculate your 15% commission and pay it to you via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days. Simple, transparent, no hidden conditions.

Commissions are paid on annual plans only. Monthly subscriptions and free listings are not eligible. There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit.
Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com Referral Programme is open to any individual or organisation worldwide. Employees of Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com are not eligible to participate. Referred companies must be Vietnamese companies that are not already listed on Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com at the time of referral.
2. How to Submit a Referral
To submit a referral, the contact person of the referred company must have agreed with your referral and expect us to contact them. Email refer@o2vn.com with the following information: your full name and email address; the name of the company you are referring; the company's website URL (if known); and a contact name and email address at the referred company. Referrals submitted without your own contact details cannot be credited.
3. Referral Window
A referral is valid for 90 days from the date we acknowledge receipt of your submission. If the referred company purchases a qualifying listing within this 90-day window, your commission is earned. Referrals that result in a purchase after the 90-day window has expired are not eligible for commission.
4. Qualifying Purchases
Commissions are earned only when a referred company purchases a Pro Annual plan ($850/year), a Premium Annual plan ($1,100/year), or an Enterprise Annual plan ($1,800/year). Monthly subscription plans and free listings do not qualify. The 15% commission is calculated on the net amount received, excluding any applicable taxes or payment processing fees.
5. Commission Rate
The referral commission is 15% of the referred company's first-year payment on a qualifying annual plan. Commissions apply to the first year only. Renewals and subsequent years are not included in the referral commission. If a referred company upgrades their plan within their first year, commission is calculated on the original qualifying purchase amount only.
6. Payment of Commission
Earned commissions are paid within 30 days of the referred company's payment clearing. We pay via bank transfer (international wire) or PayPal. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider to receive the transfer. We will contact you at the email address provided in your referral submission to arrange payment details.
7. Duplicate Referrals
In the event that the same company is referred by more than one person, the commission will be paid to the first confirmed referral submission on record. We determine priority by the date and time of our acknowledgement email. If a company approaches us directly and independently of any referral, no commission is payable.
8. Self-Referrals
Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not refer a company in which you have a direct ownership interest, employment relationship, or any financial stake. Referrals that appear to be self-referrals will be disqualified at our discretion.
9. Taxes and Reporting
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to referral commissions you receive, in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com does not withhold taxes on behalf of referrers. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you are unsure of your obligations.
10. Programme Modifications and Termination
Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Programme at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to commission rates or terms will apply to referrals submitted after the date of the change. Referrals already submitted and within their 90-day window at the time of a change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
11. Fraud and Misuse
Any attempt to game, abuse, or defraud the Referral Programme — including the submission of false referrals, the use of misleading or deceptive practices to encourage companies to join, or any other fraudulent conduct — will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to pursue further remedies where applicable.
12. No Guarantee of Acceptance
Referring a company does not guarantee that the company will be accepted for listing on Outsource2Vietnam.com/o2vn.com. We reserve the right to decline any listing application at our sole discretion. No commission is payable if a referred company's application is declined.
